2.5 Custom game update

New:

- I returned the full ban and full unban buttons

- A new "Custom game" tab, in which you can upload up to 10 players, assign them names and ranks, and the program will generate 2 teams that are most suitable for balance

- The randomization of the side has been removed since there is now a new tab for this

Fix:

- A bug was fixed on the phones, because of which it was necessary to press the button 2 times so that it would be banned
